Hannover Messe 2024 (22-26 April) is responding to changing market requirements with the new Industrial Services exhibition area. German industry is facing ever new challenges in the face of rising energy prices, a shortage of young talent, and increasing bureaucratic hurdles. Companies are outsourcing services so that they can devote their full attention to their own core activities and issues. This is where the new Industrial Services exhibition area comes into play, offering companies from the spheres of maintenance, assembly, recycling, cleaning, and industrial logistics the opportunity to showcase their service offerings and products in the attractive setting of Hall 11, at the interface between automation and energy topics.

This joint stand will be supported by, among others, VAIS (Association for Plant Engineering and Industrial Services). «Hannover Messe is the leading international trade fair and showcase for the industry. We are pleased that, with the new exhibition area, the importance and role of industrial services as enabler for the industrial transformation in Germany will become more visible. The joint stand is likewise interesting for logistics service providers. They are the supply chain’s enablers, alleviating the burden on industry with solutions tailored to specific and varied requirements.

Comenzamos con la organización del esperado programa de Networking del Congreso Steel Tech 2023.

El Hosted Buyers’ Programme (HBP), con sus Encuentros B2B, es un evento equivalente a las tradicionales Misiones Inversas de Compradores Extranjeros. Programada en el marco de la segunda edición de STEEL TECH Congress & Expo, que tendrá lugar en Bilbao Exhibition Centre, los días 25 y 26 de octubre de 2023, es una actividad recogida dentro del Plan Sectorial de Siderex, organizada con el apoyo de ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones y de las Oficinas Económicas y Comerciales de España en el Exterior.

Este evento traerá a Bilbao a algunas de las principales acerías a nivel mundial que disponen de proyectos de inversión.

IMPORTANTE: Para poder participar en esta actividad, debes inscribirte antes del próximo miércoles, 25 de septiembre. Con posterioridad a esta fecha y por razones técnicas, no se garantizarán nuevas inscripciones.

El coste de participación en esta actividad es el siguiente:

– Expositores Steel Tech 2023:

• De 0 a 5 reuniones: Gratis
• 6 o más reuniones: 500€ + IVA

– Socios Siderex (no expositores): 2.950€ + IVA
– No socios Siderex (no expositores): 3.500€ + IVA

Para registrarte, debes cumplimentar el siguiente formulario de inscripción, donde deberás indicar las empresas con las que estarías interesado reunirte.

Estos documentos son de carácter confidencial, por lo que no está permitida su difusión a terceras empresas.

CRITERIOS PARA LA ASIGNACIÓN DE REUNIONES:
Debido a la limitación máxima de reuniones de cada empresa invitada, los criterios para asignar las reuniones serán los siguientes:

1. Los intereses del invitado deben coincidir con los productos ofrecidos por la empresa proveedora.

2. En caso de no existir coincidencia y habiendo disponibilidad de espacios en la agenda, se le hará llegar al invitado el interés de la empresa proveedora en disponer de una reunión. De confirmar el interés, se incluiría la reunión en las agendas.

3. Dado que el número máximo de reuniones es limitado, en caso las solicitudes de reunión superen este límite, el criterio será por orden de recepción de las solicitudes de reunión, a través del anterior formulario.

LOGÍSTICA DE LAS REUNIONES B2B:

• Duración: 25 minutos máximo, sin excepción.

• Lugar: Espacio habilitado junto al área expositiva del Congreso Steel Tech, en Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC!), Barakaldo.

Cada invitado tendrá asignada una mesa con sillas donde tendrán lugar todas sus reuniones, siendo el proveedor quien se desplace para cada reunión.
